We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Polymeric Sand Store. If you have unused, unopened bags of sand or sealant, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.
Secure Packaging
Place the items on a pallet or in a heavy-duty box to prevent splitting during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Ship and Refund
Ship the package using your preferred carrier; once our warehouse inspects the product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
